Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the SansPost platform operated by SansPost LLC. They are provided in summary form here and will be superseded by a full service agreement executed with each customer firm before onboarding.

The service

SansPost provides software for photography firms to capture, process, deliver, and sell event photography. Access is provided on a subscription basis. Firms remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of the photographs and data they capture through the platform.

Payments

Subscriptions and any platform fees are billed through Stripe. Firms that sell galleries are paid out via Stripe Connect according to their configured terms.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the platform unlawfully, attempt to access another tenant’s data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
